This year, in an attempt to allow the main winners a choice of prize to reward their efforts, we are asking you to fill in this form showing your prize preferences.The computer will then attempt to match your scores and ranking to the prizes you most desire. We can not distribute prizes due to their restriction without the knowledge of the hunter's requirement! (Sorry for the inconvenience).

Please fill in your preferences in the order you would choose them. Larger number means higher preference.
